Payment Information – Gray Matter Chemicals

At Gray Matter Chemicals, we offer simple and secure payment options for customers across the Netherlands and Europe. You can pay for your order by Bitcoin or bank transfer.

Accepted Payment Methods

Bitcoin (BTC)

Bitcoin offers fast, secure payments from anywhere in Europe.

How it works:

1. Select Bitcoin at checkout and place your order.
2. You will receive the payment amount in BTC and our wallet address, either on screen or by email.
3. Send the exact amount shown to the wallet address provided.
4. Your order is processed once the transaction receives the required number of network confirmations (usually within [30–60 minutes]).

Important:

• The BTC amount is calculated using the exchange rate at the time of your order and is valid for 2 days. If payment is sent after this window, the amount may need to be recalculated.
• Always double-check the wallet address before sending. Bitcoin transactions cannot be reversed.
• Network (miner) fees are paid by the sender. Make sure the amount that arrives matches the order total.
• If you send less than the required amount, your order will be on hold until the remaining balance is paid.

Bank Transfer

Pay directly from your bank account in euros.

How it works:

1. Select Bank Transfer at checkout and place your order.
2. You will receive our bank details and your unique payment reference by email.
3. Transfer the full order amount and include your order number as the payment reference.
4. Your order is processed once the funds reach our account, usually within 1–2 working days. SEPA Instant transfers may arrive faster.

Important:

• Always include your order number as the reference so we can match your payment quickly.
• Any bank fees charged by your bank are the customer’s responsibility.
• Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 3 days.

Currency

All prices on our website are shown in euros (€). Bitcoin payments are converted from the euro price at the current exchange rate when you place your order.

Payment Confirmation

You will receive an email once your payment has been confirmed. After confirmation, eligible orders placed before our daily cut-off time are dispatched the same working day. See our Shipping and Delivery page for full details.

Security

Your security is our priority. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your data, and we never ask for your bank login details or private wallet keys. Gray Matter Chemicals will never contact you asking you to send payment to a different wallet address or bank account. If you receive such a request, do not pay and contact our live assistant immediately.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued when we have delivered the wrong product and are unable to send the correct item. Refunds are made using the original payment method:

• Bank transfer: refunded to the account the payment came from.
• Bitcoin: refunded in BTC to a wallet address you provide, based on the euro value of the original order.
